I think you logo is very interesting I like how the black and white work with each other. I would suggest extend out the bottom of the big white G a little to even with the top. (within the face) I hope you understand which one I am referring to.
Tom – you are almost there. As Krysta suggests (and I did too), you need to resolve how the large G ends at the top of the letter. I can see that you have squared it off… but it still appears awkward and blunt. I guess the best approach would be to look at the beard and face, and follow the same type of corners that we see down there. I think the top of your head (well, not YOUR head – the G’s head) is too flat. Making that more rounded will help with that terminal.
