I had thought that possibly an issue in the design was that the front and the back were too similar.
I have chosen to look up how this camera equipment really looks when directing light.
The back now reflects what it looks like when attempting a vertical light beam.

Tom – I think your realization that the front and back of the shirt needs to be substantially different is a good thing. Think of a book… we are usually not confused with which cover is the front, right? But… I wonder if you need both elements on the back? I think just the element on the left would do… it’s quite perfect in that it “says” who is wearing the shirt. And, it’s all that needs to be back there, in my opinion.
