Project 3: Dover Demon Rework 3
Here is the new Dover Demon piece. I played a bit more with the text, added another tree, and made other minor color/lighting adjustments. Let me know what you think.
I looked very carefully at the detail in this composition very interesting I would try to adjust the shadow on the face of the demon, because it doesn't feel natural to me.
I love that you added the tree into the design and the shadow and outer glow on the tree since the lights from the car are shining towards that. I also enjoyed how the T in the title go off the grid to give it something unique in the balance of this image.
Tom H, The changes you have made have really changed this for the better! The added tree creates some nice counterbalance against the demon as well as giving our eye an interesting way to move through the piece. I feel your values are blending a lot nicer here as well, but I still feel like there needs to be a little bit of gradient at the far back of the road/field to really sell the light in the scene. Good job with the type, that's very interesting to look at.
