Carl – the colors are working together more successfully now, great. Now I encourage you to look at the 3 paragraphs of body copy on your left hand page. Some of them move all the way across the page… probably a bit too far for good readability. I am thinking that I see a 3-column grid on the right hand page. Do you have that in place on the left hand page? You should. It will help you place these paragraphs with an awareness of a shared alignment on their right sides. And this, I am hoping, will give you more room for an enlarged portrait. Play to your strengths… and that portrait is certainly a strong element on the page… or could be if it was larger. PS – make sure the leading is the same for all 3 paragraphs (the middle one looks like has larger leading).
